How the offices work together

Fresno owns the client relationship: scoping, commercials and the monthly report against the metric agreed at the start. The India engineering centre does the build, the integrations and the model work, and its engineers join your calls directly rather than sitting behind an account manager. Once a system is live, production support covers it around the clock across both time zones.

Each deployment has one named owner. If you prefer a single address for everything, use fresno@thequiqlabs.net and it will be routed.

Common questions

Where is The Quiq Labs headquartered?
In Fresno, California 93721, United States. That office handles client delivery, commercial questions and day-to-day operations for US clients.
Who builds the systems?
The engineering centre in India does the build work, integrations and model development, working directly with the Fresno team rather than through account managers.
What happens if a live system breaks at 2am?
Production support runs 24/7 across both time zones. Systems in production are monitored, and incidents go to an engineer who knows your deployment, not a general helpdesk.
Which office should I email?
Write to fresno@thequiqlabs.net for anything commercial or to start a project, india@thequiqlabs.net for technical and integration questions during a build, and support@thequiqlabs.net for issues with a system already in production.
