Security

Access control
Access to client systems is limited to the engineers on that engagement, granted for the duration of the work and revoked when it ends. Credentials are held in a managed secret store, never in code or spreadsheets.
Data segregation
Each client deployment runs with its own credentials and storage. Client data is not pooled across engagements and is not used to train models for anyone else.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by the hosting provider. Call recordings and documents are stored in access-controlled storage.
Change management
Changes to production systems go through review and are deployed from version control, so every change is attributable and reversible.
Incident response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify your named contact promptly with what we know, what we are doing about it, and what we recommend you do.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in our systems, email us with the details and we will acknowledge within two business days.
