What we collect
When you submit the contact or booking form we collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number and the message you write. Our servers also record standard request logs, including IP address and browser user agent.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule a call and maintain a record of the engagement. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Client data during a deployment
Operational data you share with us during a project (call recordings, load records, documents) is processed only to build and run the system you commissioned, under the terms of the agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Client operational data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request after it ends.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to the email address below and we will respond within 30 days.
