How a deployment runs
Week one is scoping: a 30-minute call, then a written proposal naming the workflow, the integrations and the metric. Weeks two to four are the build. Weeks five and six are a supervised pilot on a single lane, queue or region. After that we monitor, retrain and report monthly.
