Engagements
Services are provided under a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality and liability. Nothing on this website forms a contract by itself.
Ownership of deliverables
Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise, ownership of custom software and models we build for you transfers to you on payment.
